I Collect Web Sites.
As I mentioned in class, I collect web sites. If you come across cool web sites, let me know.I am convinced that a whole generation of people has lost touch with what is possible on the Web. Here are five sites that may push your thinking on what is possible-
1) Bug Guide- Wonderful pictures such as these- many contributed by volunteers.
2) New York Stock Exchange's Market Track tool (requires Flash- your browser may not support latest version)
3) Collection of visual illusions. This is one of my favorites.
4) Sodaplay- every structural engineer's dream.
5) Snopes- Urban legend detector {I mentioned this in class- however, it is worth mentioning again.}
Let me know if you come across interesting sites. I collect sites.
